Give it a try right now...start by taking a deep breath and setting the intention to connect to that place in you that only knows perfect health. Then, take another deep breath and as you exhale, repeat the words, "I am living with perfect health". We repeated that 3 times in class this morning (3 ~ the number of points in a triangle; triangles ~ in sacred geometry, symbols of balance and stability). Then, stay in that place for a few breaths and know it to be true. As Deepak stated, there are times when we find ourselves in a place of less than perfect health, but remembering that place exists within helps us to return to it.
