Treetop Yoga

The Treetop Yoga Studio was founded by Cindi Schickert. Treetop Yoga is a beautiful new 700 sq ft studio in the home of Cindi and Jim Schickert. The space is extraordinary! It is warm and inviting, with cork and bamboo floors, lots of natural light and a relaxing atmosphere. We are located in the town of Lisbon, just south of the intersection of County Highway Q and Hillside Road.

The word yoga means the "union" of mind and body. Our goal at Treetop Yoga is to bring about that union by offering classes to people already practicing, safely introducing the practice to anyone interested and offering alternative health and wellness services that emphasize an individuals innate healing capacity. When we reduce the stress in our lives, relieve our physical pain and deepen our exploration of self, we bring about that union so vital to our life journey.
